Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for returns-

Items must be returned within [1 - 7] days of the purchase date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items must not have any signs of wear, stains, or alterations.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Process for returns-

Contact our customer service team at info.chyzzy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. [Ticket]

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the RMA number.

Ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to [Address mentioned by the customer care executive]. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds-

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.

If approved, the replacement of the product will be processed and new product shall be delivered in next within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs, Product cost or any type of payment done for an ordered product are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment if the product fails to reach the delivery address within 10-15 days of the query being raised, as verified by the tracking link which has been provided after the order is placed.

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full free replacement, including original shipping charges.
